Goshiwon is a small room (about 3-7 pyeong / 10-23㎡) with low or no deposit and monthly rent around ₩300,000-600,000. Most have shared bathrooms and kitchens. One-room is a larger independent space (10+ pyeong) with a private bathroom and kitchen, but requires a higher deposit and rent.

It depends on the accommodation type. Many goshiwon require no deposit, one-rooms typically need ₩1,000,000-5,000,000 deposit, and share houses around ₩500,000-2,000,000. Check each property's detail page for exact deposit amounts.
